Check Your Email
You'll receive a receipt from Stripe with a link to manage your subscription. Save this email to update payment methods or cancel anytime.

Open the SheetLink Extension
Click the SheetLink icon in your Chrome toolbar. If you're not signed in, click "Continue with Google" and sign in with the same account you used to purchase your subscription.
Important: Your subscription is linked to your SheetLink account email. Make sure you sign in with the exact same account you used during checkout.
Verify Your Pro Status
Once signed in, navigate to the Profile tab in the extension. You should see "Pro Tier" displayed at the top.
If you still see "Free Tier", try these steps:
- •Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon and click "Link My Subscription"
- •Wait 1-2 minutes for the subscription to sync (Stripe webhook processing)
Start Using Pro Features
You now have access to:
- Unlimited bank connections - Connect as many banks and credit cards as you want
- 2 years of transaction history - Pull 730 days of data from Plaid
- Historical backfill - Fetch older transactions on demand
- Priority email support - Get help faster via support@sheetlink.app
Navigate to the Banks tab and start adding more institutions or click "Sync Now" on the Home tab to pull your full 2-year history.
Manage Your Subscription
Your Stripe receipt email includes a link to manage your subscription. You can also access it here:
Use the Stripe customer portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription anytime.
Having Issues?
Troubleshooting Checklist
- Verify you're signed in with the correct SheetLink account (check your email receipt)
- Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon and click "Link My Subscription"
- Wait 1-2 minutes after purchase for Stripe webhooks to process
- Check that you completed the Stripe checkout (received receipt email)
