Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 7 days of transaction history forever, with no credit card required. It’s perfect for users who just need recent transactions.
What’s the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro gives you full transaction history and unlimited bank connections for manual sync in Google Sheets and Excel. Max adds investment tracking (your holdings and investment activity, with cost basis, current value, and gain/loss), plus API key access and CLI automation (sheetlink sync on your own schedule). Great for a full financial picture, home servers, cron jobs, and piping data to Postgres or SQLite.
Why doesn’t SheetLink sync in the background?
SheetLink only syncs when you click the button (or run the CLI). We believe you should control when your bank data flows to your spreadsheet. This is a privacy feature, not a limitation. Max users who want automation can use the CLI on their own schedule.
Does SheetLink work with Excel as well as Google Sheets?
Yes. The Chrome extension syncs to Google Sheets (all plans). The Excel add-in on Microsoft AppSource syncs to Excel (Pro and Max only). One subscription covers both, so you don’t pay extra for the Excel add-in.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or view billing history anytime through your account settings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. When you downgrade, you’ll retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
